No. The first call (usually 30 to 45 minutes) is free. We use it to understand your situation, ask about your data and decide whether we are the right fit. If we are not, we will say so and suggest alternatives where we can.
We split it into three milestones. You pay 40 % when we sign the statement of work, 30 % when the model passes acceptance testing, and the remaining 30 % after deployment. No milestone payment is due until you have reviewed and approved the corresponding deliverable.
Yes. Managed-AI clients receive a 15 % discount on any new model-build engagement started during an active managed contract. The managed agreement continues in parallel; we simply add the build as a separate project with its own timeline.
Our prices cover our engineering time. If you need us to provision cloud resources (AWS, Azure, GCP) on your behalf, those costs are passed through at the provider's list price with no markup. We estimate infrastructure spend during scoping so there are no surprises.
